Two buttons and one knob.
Everything runs from a 3.5-inch color screen, two buttons and the HMI knob. Pick the material, check the spot counter or load a software update without digging through menus.

A complete squeeze-type resistance spot welder for HLE, UHLE and Boron steels: up to 14,000 A, 550 daN of clamping force, a 21.4-lb liquid-cooled transformer gun and an automatic mode that sets the weld for you. It runs on a 30 A three-phase circuit. Imported, supported and trained by CRTE.

The NEO builds the transformer into the gun and runs coolant from the transformer through the arms to the caps. The result is a 21.4-lb gun that a technician can hold up on a roof rail or a rocker all day, and that stays cool enough to keep welding through a full structural job.

Automatic parameters, plain controls and a compact cart, so a new technician is welding to spec fast.

Everything runs from a 3.5-inch color screen, two buttons and the HMI knob. Pick the material, check the spot counter or load a software update without digging through menus.

In automatic mode the NEO reads the stack and sets the parameters itself, so the result does not depend on who is holding the gun. Every weld is logged for the repair file.

The arm set rides on the back of the cart, so the right arm is always at the car. A small footprint and 137-lb machine weight suit shops where floor space is tight.

The NEO keeps the controls simple and the records complete, so the weld is right and you can prove it.
Every weld is logged. Export the job to USB for the estimate file, the insurer or the OEM audit.
The NEO needs a three-phase supply, but only a 30 A fuse to run. Running it from a single-phase service takes the right conversion equipment, sized and installed correctly, and CRTE has proven solutions for exactly that.
